How are credits used?
Credits pay for transcription and automatic cut suggestions. The app shows the credit cost before you click Cut. Reviewing edits, cleaning up audio, adding captions, headlines and split screens, and exporting a processed video do not use more credits.
Do I need editing experience?
No. FlameCut shows every edit in plain language on the filmstrip. Turn any of them off, restore a moment, or ask what happened and why.
Does my footage leave my computer?
Transcription and analysis run in the cloud; audio cleanup and rendering happen on your own computer. Footage is deleted from our servers after processing.
What files can I drop in?
MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI or M4V, straight from any phone. Add videos or PNG, JPG and WebP images to a split screen. Export to MP4, MOV or MKV up to 4K.
What happens when my credits run out?
Top up with a credit pack when you need more. No subscription, and credits never expire. You can keep editing and exporting videos you have already processed.
